Step 1
Contact Us
Reach out to Brainy Bunch Educational Center by using our online form or calling us directly at 215-324-1474. One of our friendly Center Directors will get in touch to schedule a convenient time for you to tour our facility.
Step 2
Facility Tour
During your scheduled tour, you'll have the opportunity to see our educators in action, engaging with children across all age groups. We’ll provide you with a comprehensive Tour Packet that includes details about our Curriculum, Daily Schedule, Tuition policy, and Mission statement. We aim to answer all your questions and help you feel confident about your decision.
Step 3
Complete Registration
Once you decide that Brainy Bunch is the perfect fit for your child, you’ll complete our enrollment packet. This packet will include important details such as your child’s medical & vaccination history, dietary restrictions, and your educational expectations. The completed packet and registration fee should be returned to your Center Director to finalize the enrollment process.
Step 4
Acceptance & First Day
After reviewing your application, the Center Director will confirm acceptance and discuss tuition details. You’ll receive an enrollment agreement outlining your child’s start date and other essential information. We’ll provide everything you need to ensure a smooth and successful first day at Brainy Bunch Educational Center.

Tuition Overview
At Brainy Bunch Educational Center, we offer flexible tuition options to meet the diverse needs of our families:
Full-Time and Part-Time Care
Our full-time care option provides comprehensive education and care from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6:30 PM, covering all age groups from infants to preschoolers, as well as before and after school care for older children. This option ensures consistency and stability in your child’s daily routine.
Part-Time Care
For families needing flexible schedules, our part-time care option is available. Part-time care can be customized to fit your needs, whether it’s a few days a week or specific hours during the day. This option is ideal for parents with varying work schedules or those seeking additional support.
Evening and Weekend Care
We understand that some families require care outside of regular hours. Evening and weekend care is available upon request, ensuring that your child receives the same quality care and educational support during these times.
Childcare Subsidies
