Director
Job Description

Responsible for classroom management, lesson planning, and delivering educational activities.

Qualifications:
an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a total of 18 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits, and 1-2 years of Supervisor and/or Administrator experience in Early Childhood Education.

Group Supervisor
Job Description

Plan and implement daily activities, coordinate staff, and assist the director with designated tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field, or an Associate’s degree with relevant experience (per state guidelines). Must have 1-3 years of childcare experience based on educational background.

Assistant Group Supervisor
Job Description

Assist in implementing daily activities and supervise aides in the group supervisor’s absence.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with relevant credits or training in early childhood education or related fields. Must have 1-2 years of experience with children or meet state-approved education/training requirements.

Lead Teachers
Job Description

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and assess children’s progress. Foster communication with families and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, with 1-4 years of experience depending on education level.

Assistant Teachers
Job Description

Support the classroom by assisting in daily activities, supervising children, and maintaining a positive, nurturing environment. Collaborate with the lead teacher to prepare materials and ensure children’s developmental needs are met.

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required. CDA or related early childhood education credits and 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Internships
Job Description

Assist in the implementation of daily activities under the guidance of the group supervisor, coordinate daily activities, and supervise aides in the absence of the group supervisor. Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED with relevant credit hours, training, or experience with children.
